SPORTS SIGN UPS with Healthy Roster

2024-25 ONLINE SPORTS REGISTRATION - Follow the directions below to sign up for 2024 sports, if you have not registered on Healthy Roster already.

  • Email Athletic Trainer Matt Novak at mnovak@trinityhillers.net with the following info
  • Email Subject should be New SEASON (ex. Fall, Winter, Spring) Student Athlete Registration
  • In body of email, add Student-Athlete FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, DATE OF BIRTH
  • Graduation year of student
  • SPORT student will participate in
  • add PARENT NAME, PARENT EMAIL, PARENT EMERGENCY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
  • send email
  • You must complete this physical form (BOTH PAGES) before you arrive for your appointment or you will not be given a physical.  

Ticket Information

SEASON PASSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS ($20) and ADULTS ($40) FOR ALL REGULAR SEASON TRINITY HOME ATHLETIC EVENTS.

Click on the link below to purchase.  After purchase, ticket passes will be printed and available for pickup at the THS Welcome Center.

HUDL TV *Trinity School District is now live streaming school athletic events at our stadium and gymnasium. Trinity, with the generous help of our sponsors, has paid the subscriber fee for our families to watch Hiller events for FREE.
